Believe

It’s never too early to start believing in yourself. At Everest, we focus on the formative years when leadership mindsets and habits are easily established.

Prepare

We help students develop their leadership capabilities based on their own goals and dreams. Along with classes, students learn from hands-on leadership projects and the experiences and perspectives of successful leaders.

Mentor

We accompany students on their lifelong journey of leadership through providing access to business environments, mentoring, networking opportunities, merit-based scholarships, and a supportive community.

Ray's Story

A first-generation American and former high-tech CEO who rose from working-class beginnings in the Bronx, Raymond Sozzi, Sr., is living proof that the American Dream can be a reality. He founded The Everest Leadership Academy to give underserved youth the opportunity to achieve their dreams.
